central location attentive staff home feeling
i appreciated the central location on a quiet street. the service was good, and the staff was always attentive. the room decor gave a feeling of home, this detail was relaxing.
The elevator was slow. I sometimes waited a few minutes.

convenient location fantastic selection small room difficult navigation
The location is quite convenient. It is close to shopping areas. The continental breakfast offered a fantastic selection. The staff were helpful.
The room I had was smaller than the photos suggested. Navigating to my room was difficult, with multiple sets of stairs. The bar closing time was not communicated properly. It was not acceptable.

breakfast items nice touch underground station inconvenient spot bed outlets difficult access
The hotel provided a nice bag of breakfast items for runners. It was a considerate gesture. The location is near the underground station. Many restaurants are also close by.
Outlets were not located in ideal spots. Using appliances near a mirror was impossible. The outlets by the beds were difficult to reach. I had to move furniture around.

small room difficult navigation
the staff was professional, so everything was acceptable.
the room i got was much smaller than i expected. also, finding my way to the room was a real challenge. i had to use the elevator, go down some stairs, walk through a narrow corridor, and then up more stairs before finally reaching my room.
